The advantage of First Choice being an independent health care group of companies is that many times we can offer a better level of service than larger pharmacy corporations can provide to physician offices and patients. Our pharmacy is located in Gallatin, TN (just outside of Nashville) and we are currently servicing Tennessee and seven additional states.
We work with patients and their prescribing physicians to help those needing specialized medications, education and insurance assistance. Therapeutic areas include hematology/oncology, neurology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, as well as other areas requiring specialized medication and treatment. Our approach is uniquely individualized to maximize patient outcomes and care. The First Choice team consists of pharmacists, nurses, insurance reimbursement experts, in-take and patient assistance coordinators to help drive patient centered care and experience.
We provide services directly to physician offices for office-administered infusions, ambulatory infusion centers outside of the hospital or physician office setting, and in-home infusion therapy when needed or required. Our goal is to provide these services with the utmost integrity and the best quality in patient care. Our care team collaborates with all payers, prescribers, patient assistance organizations, and pharmaceutical companies to offer the best service so patients can receive the treatments they need.
